I want to be honest with you about something.
A year ago, I was sending a newsletter that looked professional and said all the right things. And 17 out of every 100 people were opening it. I thought that was just how it worked. Then I changed the way I wrote. I stopped hiding behind the clinical version of myself and started writing the way I actually talk. I shared my real life. My kids. My hard weeks. The things I was learning and wondering and figuring out. And my open rate went from 17% to 60%
That is not a small shift. That is the difference between being invisible and being the person your community actually hears from.
The women in your community want to hear from you. They are just waiting for you to show up like a human being and not a brochure.
That is what we do inside Built Around Real Life.
We figure out together how to get visible in a way that actually feels like you. How to write emails people open. How to show up in AI search so when someone asks ChatGPT who to call for help, your name is the one that comes up. How to build referral relationships with other women who serve the same families you do. All of it. Together. In person once a month over coffee in Indianapolis and online every month with women who are in it with you. Monthly Business Growth Workshop
Each month we’ll gather for a live 1-hour workshop focused on practical topics like email marketing, referrals, collaborations, visibility, and sustainable business growth. Every session is designed to feel supportive, actionable, and realistic for women building businesses around real life.
Monthly Coffee Shop Meetup
We’ll meet at local coffee shops around Indy to brainstorm ideas, build relationships, and collaborate together in person. Because business feels a whole lot better when you’re not doing it alone.
Private Facebook Community
Our private community space is designed for encouragement, collaboration, referrals, brainstorming, and meaningful connection with other local women business owners. A place to ask questions, share wins, and genuinely support one another.
Collaborative Business Directory
Members will receive access to a shared local business directory with business information, social links, specialties, and collaboration interests. Designed to make referrals, partnerships, and connections feel simple and intentional.
